What is i100?
The “International-100” program is made up of 100 senior leaders outside of the United States. It is a five-year program that equips leaders for greater levels of missional and executive leadership within Young Life. In i100, leaders are equipped through experiential hands-on learning while visiting ministries around the world, lateral leadership—learning from each other in cohorts —and implementing new insights with their local leaders.
Every year, i100 gathers—Nairobi in 2022, London in 2023, the Dominican Republic in 2024, and this year in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong gathering and the entire 4th year of this program will focus on the theme of Ministry Support. This focus will strengthen our leaderships capabilities in managing the complex finance, legal, HR, and other operational responsibilities of higher leadership—an essential area of growth for i100 participants.
